Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing SANMEIHO. We guarantee that all SANMEIHO products are strictly tested by our quality inspectors before delivery. If you need after-sales service, please contact us at service@sanmeiho.com.

Once you email us to request a return, we will respond within 48 hours.

We offer a full 45-day money-back guarantee and a 180-day warranty.


Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original retail packaging.
  2. The product must be purchased directly from sanmeiho.com.
  3. The return request must be made within 45 days of the shipment date.
  4. Products showing signs of use, sharpening, wear, or damage will not be eligible for return.
  5. Minor variations in appearance, color, or finish that do not affect product functionality are not considered defects.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Our Customer Service

Email our support team at service@sanmeiho.com to obtain the Return/Exchange Form and detailed instructions.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted and may not be refunded.

2. Pack and Ship the Item

Ensure the product is unused, in original condition, and securely packaged.

3. Processing Your Request

Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange within 7 business days.


Refund Information

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing usually takes 7 business days after we receive the return.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

180-Day Warranty

  • For any quality issues (not caused by misuse) within 180 days of delivery, we will provide free parts replacement but do not offer refunds.
  • Refunds are only available within 45 days of delivery.
  • After 180 days, warranty services are no longer available.
  • For defective or incorrect items, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence before a return or refund can be approved.

Important Notes

  • Used, damaged, or unpackaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
  • For exchanges, you may either request a replacement (if in stock) or place a new order after the return.
  • Proof of delivery provided by the carrier will be considered as successful delivery.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity.
