Q: What if I forget to use the discount code?

A: Once the order is complete, we will not issue any refunds due to the discount code. However, we recommend that you cancel the order within 24 hours. Since the item will not leave the warehouse within 24 hours, order cancellation is free. After canceling, you can purchase again and use the discount code.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We can only process cancellations for items that are not yet in production. Please email us at service@sanmeiho.com with your order details.
We cannot cancel orders once the printing process has begun.

Q: What is the status of my order?

A: If your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a second email with your tracking information. The latest information regarding your order is always available via the link provided in our email.

If you haven't received order status update emails, please check your spam folder or your "promotions" tab in case they were filtered there.

Q: Do I have to pay taxes and customs duties?

Enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with no hidden customs fees for all international orders outside the US. For our customers in the United States, please note that local sales tax will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment.

Q: How do I return the goods?

A: You can return the product free of charge within 45 days of receipt, but you must ensure that the product meets the return conditions. We do not charge for return shipping, but for returns unrelated to product quality, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide you with a return address. Shipping costs for returning goods depend on the logistics provider you choose.

Q: How long will it take for my product to ship?

A: It depends on your location and the shipping options selected. At the time of purchase, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 5 to 20 business days.
