Note: Delivery availability may vary by region. If your location is not supported, you will be notified at checkout.

Important: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please enter a valid physical address during checkout.

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

💸 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

To ensure the fastest delivery, items in your order may ship separately from different warehouses. Standard free shipping takes 3-7 business days.

🔄 Shipping Tips & Restrictions

  • No P.O. Boxes: Orders placed with a P.O. box address will be delayed until a valid address is provided.
  • Check Your Information: Please ensure your shipping address, email, and phone number are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
  • Tracking: A tracking link will be provided once your order has shipped.

📦 Delivery Responsibility

  • Proof of delivery provided by the carrier will be considered as successful delivery.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable, as these fees are paid directly to the shipping carrier and cannot be recovered.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
